Initially hired to redesign the shared online workflow system. In partnership with Lara Sandberg, Senior Data Architect in IT, we developed a streamlined project-intake solution within Microsoft SharePoint that allowed us to create an asset library and gallery, which reduced the previous repetitive data entry and improved project objectives, budgets, workflows and overall communication between the Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Corporate Markets, and Web Development departments.

Designed and produced print and digital assets for the B3 Custom Swiss Army Knives, Retail, Commercial Cutlery, and Corporate Markets following marketing goals, timelines, and budgets.

As our primary B3 Swiss Army Knife designer, I designed templates, tutorials, and microsites for our Sales teams.

Presented B3 comp designs to our Business Development Managers for Blain's Farm & Fleet, Carhartt, Kate Spade, IKEA, Lily Pulitzer, Pendleton, Orvis, REI, Snap-on, Starbucks, Timberland, Vineyard Vines, and YETI brands.

And my designs were selected and led to successful retail sales collaborations with Carhartt, Pendleton, and YETI brands.

I also proposed multiple retail and commercial cutlery collaborations ideas with the HelloFresh, Instant Pot, and Edible Arrangements brands.

My design work included print and digital banners, brochures, catalogs, counter cards, coupons, e-blasts, fact sheets, flyers, invitations, mailers, packaging, postcards, posters, presentations, price lists, sell sheets, signage, stickers, tabletop signs, tent signs, and trade show graphics.

Managed in-house Graphic Designer, provided best practices, set up mid-year and end-of-year employee reviews with salary recommendations. Also managed freelance designers, photographers, and photo shoots.

Maintain vendor lists, review and negotiate prices and scheduled daily meetings to manage workload and resolve conflicts.
