As Graphic Design Coordinator and Presentation Designer, I managed and designed all print and digital assets within the Marketing and Communications Department at Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) for all delivery networks including Yale New Haven Hospital, Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven, Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital, Northeast Medical Group, Yale Medicine, Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, and Westerly Hospital.

Produced and managed the print and web html and graphics assets for the The Bulletin, a weekly internal employee newsletter for all delivery networks. Produced and managed all PowerPoint presentations and Annual Reports for internal management and external clients.

I developed an internal scheduling and project workflow management system using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to manage marketing and communication projects across six departments that is still being used today.

Supervised external freelance designers and design work for consistency from concept to completion and managed creative print and web budgets, new equipment decisions and maintenance relating to graphic design work and production.

Promoted from Graphic Design Specialist to Graphic Coordinator and Presentation Designer within first year of position.
